- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance branding efforts and manage online reputation through proactive relationship management.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, ensuring targeted outreach and ROI optimization.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation; proofread all materials for accuracy and consistency.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media marketing strategies that drive traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and scheduling applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Facebook Advertising, and branding principles.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and detail orientation.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions; experience with Google Analytics is preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with audiences, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
