As we expand our marketing efforts, we are looking for a skilled Partnerships & Events Manager.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event & Partnerships Manager to join our marketing team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives at live events, and is equally confident building long-term relationships with schools, camps, daycares, and community organizations geared towards children and families.

You will play a key role in growing our Fundraising Program and expanding our brand presence through both events and strategic outreach nationwide. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and sales instincts with a passion for community engagement and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Program Growth and Partner Success

  • Own the day-to-day growth and management of the Name Bubbles Fundraising Program.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to schools, daycares, camps, and community organizations to introduce the program and expand participation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fundraising partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Manage partner onboarding, sample mailings, fundraising fulfillment, and ongoing communication to ensure program success.
  • Track partner performance, participation, and outreach pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Refine outreach messaging, follow-up processes, and sales playbooks to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Identify strategic opportunities, including community collaborations, award submissions, and PR moments that expand program visibility.
  • Provide insights from partner interactions to guide marketing and program development.

Event Management and Brand Representation

  • Plan, coordinate, and attend events such as school fairs, parent expos, and conferences.
  • Manage all event logistics: inventory, displays, signage, promotional materials, and on-site setup.
  • Represent the brand at events and serve as an advocate for the Fundraising Program and overall brand recognition.
  • Track event performance and produce post-event reports to evaluate ROI and partner potential.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing and ecommerce teams to align outreach, promotions, and event strategies.
  • Assist with sample mailings, fundraising fulfillment, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, outreach pipelines, and partner notes.
  • Support brand visibility through partnerships, awards, and community initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 or more years of experience in event management, community outreach, or sales and partnership development.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both in person and via phone or email.
  • Comfortable owning metrics, reporting outcomes, and recommending improvements based on results.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRM tools such as HubSpot or .
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time, including occasional weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
