Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Events Project Coordinator to operate at group level, supporting and coordinating marketing and event initiatives across all Netevia entities.
This role is highly cross-functional and transversal. You will act as a central hub between internal stakeholders (founders, executives, product owners) and execution teams (designers, developers, agencies, freelancers), ensuring alignment, quality, and delivery across multiple projects.
You will be involved in digital, print, and offline marketing, as well as event and conference production, with a strong focus on coordination, execution, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
· Project & Stakeholder Coordination
· Act as the main point of contact between decision-makers across group entities and execution teams (design, dev, marketing, external partners).
· Translate business and marketing needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
· Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and execution across all entities.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously with different priorities and stakeholders.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Coordinate the implementation of digital, print, and offline marketing strategies depending on each entity's needs.
· Supervise the creation of marketing collateral
· Digital assets (web, social, ads, landing pages)
· Print materials (flyers, brochures, packaging, signage)
· Event assets (booths, banners, presentations, swag)
· Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and brand activations.
Events & Conferences
· Coordinate offline events, brand activations, and large-scale conferences.
· Manage timelines, vendors, logistics, and content production.
· Ensure alignment between event objectives, brand positioning, and execution.
· Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences.
Innovation & Technology
· Proactively explore and integrate new technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve workflows, creativity, and efficiency.
· Bring creative ideas and innovative approaches to marketing and event execution.
· Stay up to date on trends in marketing, tech, and brand experience.
· Remote & International Collaboration
· Coordinate with 100% remote teams operating across different time zones.
· Ensure clear communication, documentation, and follow-up.
· Maintain project momentum despite asynchronous workflows.
Required Skills & Profile
