As the Chief Marketing Officer at North 40, you play a key role in shaping the companys marketing vision by leading brand strategy, customer growth initiatives, and all marketing efforts in alignment with our service-first culture and long-term business goals. / ppThis leadership position requires the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, e-commerce, operations, finance, and technology.
