🏡 NPM Residential is looking for a highly creative, energetic, and social media-savvy individual to take our apartment communities' online presence to the NEXT LEVEL!

We're not looking for someone who just posts pictures. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, thinks outside the box, understands social media trends, and knows how to turn views into actual residents!

🔥 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

📱 Social Media Magic: Manage and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok across our apartment communities.

🎥 Content Creation: Travel to our properties to film creative Reels, TikToks, apartment tours, resident events, amenities, and behind-the-scenes content that makes people want to LIVE THERE!

📸 Photography & Video Editing: Capture amazing photos and videos, edit content, and make every property shine.

🎨 Graphic Design: Create eye-catching flyers, leasing promotions, event announcements, and marketing materials that stand out.

💡 Bring BIG Ideas: Develop creative campaigns, follow trends, and come up with unique ways to attract prospective residents and increase leasing traffic.

🚀 Grow Our Online Presence: Help build our brands, increase engagement, attract followers, and turn social media into a powerful leasing tool.

🌟 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✅ Someone who practically lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

✅ A creative thinker with a fresh, modern approach to marketing.

✅ Someone who knows how to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, attention-grabbing content.

✅ Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other design and editing tools.

✅ Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable visiting multiple properties.

✅ Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to post — YOU bring the ideas!

💥 Real estate experience is a PLUS, but creativity, talent, and passion are what matter most!

This is NOT your typical desk job! You'll be out at our communities, creating content, meeting people, developing campaigns, and making a real impact on how our properties are marketed.
