Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Level Social Media Strategist to join our team. Someone who blends creativity with strategic rigor, can lead with vision, and thrives in both collaborative and independent work.
They’ll lead the charge in building social strategies that break through the noise. Developing ideas that connect brand purpose to platform culture, bridging what’s trending with what’s timeless. Strategist will collaborate across creative, content, and paid media teams to bring strategies to life, guide clients with confidence, and inspire both peers and junior team members. This role is equal parts thinker, maker, and leader.
Locations
We operate using a hybrid work model, working remotely with ability to travel for client and organizational needs..
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead multi-platform social media strategies that align with client objectives and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to produce campaigns that drive engagement and measurable impact.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a small social media team—fostering creativity, curiosity, and accountability.
- Conduct audience and trend analysis to identify insights that inform strategic and creative direction.
- Oversee content calendars, platform strategies, and campaign execution.
- Partner with paid media specialists to integrate organic and paid social strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continuously optimize results; making real-time, data driven decisions and developing comprehensive campaign recap reports.
- Stay plugged into the ever-evolving digital landscape, emerging platforms, creator culture, and everything in between.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital communications (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of developing and executing high-performing social strategies for brands of varying scale.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) and platform-specific best practices.
- Extensive on set and live production experience, with a proven ability to capture adhoc social minded and culturally relevant content while on set.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
- Strong presentation and communication skills—you can translate insights into clear, compelling narratives; you can sell the vision as well as you can shape it.
- Comfortable managing client relationships and collaborating across disciplines.
- Proficient with analytics and social management tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, native platform dashboards).
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and knows how to turn ideas into action.
- Passion for mentoring talent and creating a positive, high-performance creative culture.
