Creative Coordinator, Global Marketing Partnerships

We are hiring a Creative Coordinator, Global Marketing Partnerships in Hollywood, CA. This on-site (5) day per week position is responsible for supporting the Global Marketing Partnerships team (reporting into the Creative VP) with a focus on the creative development of theatrical pitch materials and creative concepts for co-branded partnership campaigns, helping translate film narratives into brand-relevant ideas, along with providing wider creative support for the entire team

Hiring Salary Range: $52,000.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

We are hiring a Creative Coordinator, Global Marketing Partnerships in Hollywood, CA. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Create, maintain updates, and distribute sales materials and presentations
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for cobranded campaigns (i.e. brainstorms, copywriting, key visuals, thought starters, mood boards, 360 campaign mock-ups, etc.) with clear brand rationale, audience insight, and executional thinking
- Present creative concepts internally and externally as needed, including confidently articulating creative intent, brand fit, and why ideas work
- Research brands to identify the creative alignment of potential partners with films, including category trends, cultural insights, and white-space opportunities
- Create materials for trade shows and special events (i.e. presentations, signage, invitations, etc.)
- Gather trend research and clearly communicate key findings, distilling insights into actionable creative takeaways
- Collaborate with external vendors to produce marketing materials as needed (AV, print, etc.)
- Open and submit purchase orders, invoices, and expenses
- Facilitate AV conference room setup for meetings and solve potential tech issues as needed
- Proofread pitch materials
- Manage creative assets, timelines, and iterations to support Managers across multiple overlapping film projects
- Occasional opportunities to assist with development of final campaign elements for partner activations
Basic qualifications:
- Proficiency with Mac and Windows OS
- Experience with Creative Software:
- Presentation design (ideally Keynote since it’s our most-utilized software, can be learned on the job if experience is limited to PowerPoint)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 1-2+ years' relevant experience
- Balance of left/right brain mindset, a creative problem solver
- Passion for entertainment, pop culture, advertising, and storytelling
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, effective communicator (written & speaking)
- Driven individual who can work well individually and collaborate with others
- Interest in expanding creative skillset, enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Eye for design, composition, typography, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize assignments in a dynamic, film-driven environment
- Experience at an agency or film studio
- Ability to understand brand objectives and translate them into compelling creative ideas
- Keen interest in film and brand marketing a plus
