from client facing roles to software engineers to executive assistants.

We're 3x founderswho've bootstrapped our company to a couple million in ARR and are adding six to seven figures in net new annualized revenue each month.

Our clients span venture-backed tech and healthcare, including fast-growing startups and US-based businesses that have raised over $3B in funding from Sequoia, a16z, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, and other top VC firms.

Today we're roughly 60 people managing a few hundred talents, growing fast and into new verticals.

Purpose of Your Role

You'll build Pearl into a brand that founders & leaders want to work with, exceptional talent want to join, and people genuinely want to be part of.

We believe some of the world's most exceptional talent is overlooked simply because of where they were born.

Your job is to change that perception through compelling stories that showcase the people behind Pearl and the impact they have on the companies they support.

You'll also build the brands of Pearl's founder communities, including NY Deep Tech , Operating Room , and Health Command .

Our events and communities are a primary way we build relationships and acquire clients.

We want founders and operators to see what's happening and think, "I want to be part of that.

"

This is a hands-on creative leadership role.

You'll personally develop concepts, interview founders and talent, build storyboards, and write scripts while assembling and leading a team of specialists who bring those ideas to life as the main owner of marketing across Pearl/
