Job Brief

We are currently hiring a Sales & Marketing to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the companys strategic goals

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team ofsales professionals to meet the company’s customer acquisition

& growth objectives. You will be responsible for Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets

• Develop and improve upon existing marketing Strategies

Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness

• Building strong and cooperative relationships
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
• Overseeing the daily sales activities, writing salesreports, designing effective salesstrategies, and

marketing company products and services.

• Outlining and managing sales budgets.
• Setting quarterly and annualsales goals and motivating the sales teamsto achieve their goals.
• Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
