Job Description
AI Growth & Product Marketing Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for a senior marketing professional who combines AI product marketing, demand generation, community building, and growth marketing. This is not a traditional Product Marketing or Social Media Manager role.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Understand AI concepts such as RAG, MCP, APIs, AI Agents, and automation workflows (no coding required).
- Optimize websites and content for SEO, GEO, and AEO.
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, webinars, events, and retargeting.
- Build and grow organic social communities that generate qualified B2B leads not just followers or engagement.
- Create high-performing content (blogs, videos, webinars, founder-led content, social campaigns, case studies).
- Convert social engagement into qualified leads through CRM, landing pages, email nurturing, and marketing automation.
- Measure success through MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, product adoption, and revenue impact, rather than vanity metrics.
Preferred Experience
- 4-5+ years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation for B2B SaaS/AI products.
- Proven success in generating qualified leads through both organic and paid marketing.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, AI visibility, webinars, and product launches.
- Strong understanding of analytics (GA4, Search Console, CRM reporting) and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for business audiences.
We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to
- Content scheduling or social media management only.
- Graphic design or content creation without lead generation responsibility.
- Growing followers without demonstrating business impact.
- Paid advertising without organic growth or community-building experience.
Success will be measured by qualified leads, pipeline growth, product adoption, community engagement, webinar registrations, and overall business impact not likes, views, or follower count.
