Digital Marketing Sales Representative - Commission Only

Profit Pandas is looking for an experienced sales closer who understands digital marketing and knows how to sell to business owners.

We help home service businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, AEO, Google Business Profile optimization, Local Services Ads, website services, and other digital marketing strategies designed to generate qualified opportunities and measurable growth.

The Role

Your primary responsibility is to work with inbound leads generated by Profit Pandas through our advertising, conduct discovery calls, identify the prospect’s needs, recommend the right marketing solution, and close new business.

You will not be expected to build your entire pipeline from scratch. We invest in generating sales opportunities and are looking for someone who can take those opportunities through the sales process effectively.

We are looking for a consultative salesperson who understands digital marketing well enough to have credible conversations with business owners, diagnose marketing problems, and explain why a particular strategy makes sense.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and work company-generated inbound sales opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls with home service business owners
• Understand each prospect’s current marketing, goals, challenges, budget, and growth objectives
• Identify opportunities across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, AEO, Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, websites, and related services
• Present tailored recommendations and proposals
• Manage follow-up and move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline
• Close new recurring marketing clients
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up activity
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
• Develop additional opportunities through referrals, networking, partnerships, and targeted outreach when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience closing sales
• Previous experience selling digital marketing, advertising, agency services, or similar solutions
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, AEO, Google Business Profile, and Local Services Ads
• Experience selling to small and midsize business owners
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
• Ability to discuss marketing strategy, customer acquisition, conversion, ROI, and business growth
• Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and following up consistently
• Able to build trust without relying on high-pressure sales tactics
• Self-directed, organized, and accountable for results
• Experience working with home service businesses is a strong plus

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with no base salary.

Profit Pandas provides inbound sales opportunities generated through our own advertising.

Commission is earned on new business successfully closed.

Sales generated independently through your own prospecting, networking, referrals, or business development efforts will earn a higher commission rate than company-generated opportunities.

Specific commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
