Junior Manager Digital Marketing Operations Global E-Commerce
Puma# Junior Manager Digital Marketing Operations Global E-Commerce
## Your Mission
As Junior Manager Marketing Operations Global e-Commerce, you are the connective tissue of the Digital Marketing team. Formally reporting to the Director of Global e-Commerce Acquisition & Retention, in practice you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Global CS Manager, supporting Customer Service & Operations while serving as the team's central project management resource across all disciplines. This role is built for someone who is sharply intelligent, impeccably organised, and genuinely energised by making complex things run smoothly. You thrive in fast-moving environments, love structure, and take pride in keeping cross-functional workstreams on track. You are equally comfortable supporting a single team and driving a programme across five.
## What You'll Do
You'll act as the right hand to the Global CS Manager, supporting the operational management of the vendor partnership and internal CS workflows. This includes tracking CS performance metrics and consolidating them into regular reporting for leadership. You'll help coordinate operational reviews, QA processes, and process documentation to ensure consistent service quality across markets, while supporting onboarding and briefing of CS agents on new product launches, campaign periods, and policy changes. Managing the operational calendar for CS—peak trading readiness, staffing plans, and communication schedules—will be part of your weekly responsibilities.
Leveraging your visibility across the full team, you will support project management for cross-functional initiatives. Based on the team's current workstreams, you will work across projects in Mar. Tech, SEO, CRM, Paid media & affiliate marketing. You'll maintain the ASANA master project dashboards giving the team real-time visibility into all active initiatives, run weekly team syncs by preparing agendas, capturing actions, and following up on open items. Documentation and process building are key—you'll create SOPs where repeatable workflows can be standardised.
## What We're Looking For
You're exceptionally organised with a natural systems-thinking mindset. Academically strong candidates will hold a degree from a leading university in Business, Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related discipline. You'll bring 1+ years of experience in a project management, operations, or coordination role, ideally within e-Commerce, digital marketing, or a fast-paced global organisation.
Proficiency with project management tools is essential—Asana, Notion, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent platforms. You're confident working with data and analytical systems, able to build reporting dashboards, track KPIs, and translate numbers into clear summaries for leadership. High emotional intelligence is crucial; you manage upward and sideways with ease, build trust quickly, and communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.
You're commercially curious, understanding the 'why' behind each team's work and using that context to prioritise and problem-solve. Your proactive approach means you anticipate what's coming and prepare the team before issues arise. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus. You're comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures in a matrixed, global organisation.
