🦷 Social Media & Marketing Coordinator – Dental Office (YouTube Focus)

Our growing dental office is seeking a creative, confident, and reliable Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage our online presence and produce engaging video content—especially for YouTube—to educate patients and grow our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, YouTube)
  • Plan, film, edit, and post professional YouTube videos (short-form and long-form)
  • Capture high-quality in-office video clips (doctor features, patient education, behind-the-scenes, promotions)
  • Create reels, shorts, stories, graphics, and captions aligned with our brand
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for dental services and specials
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy brand voice
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement and respond appropriately
  • Track analytics and optimize content for growth and new patient inquiries
  • Ensure all content complies with HIPAA and patient privacy standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience managing social media for a business
  • Experience filming and editing professional video content (YouTube experience required)
  • Strong understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms
  • Comfortable working in a professional healthcare environment
  • Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Self-motivated, organized, and creative
