Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing capability programs, or related fields.
- Support the coordination and execution of business-critical cross-brand initiatives, including project planning, timeline tracking, and action item follow-up to drive seamless delivery and cross-functional partnership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, remove roadblocks, and drive progress against key initiatives, including comprehensive campaign measurement plans.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing capabilities, processes, and best practices that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and future enterprise programs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
- Monitor progress against project objectives and escalate issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with platform owners.
- Support agency governance and operational processes.
