You'll be set up at high-traffic retail locations every day — engaging shoppers face-to-face, presenting LeafFilter's products, and closing sales on the spot.

What You'll Do

• Set up and manage a branded LeafFilter promotional booth at high-traffic retail locations throughout Portland
• Approach and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural, and confident way
• Educate homeowners about LeafFilter's gutter protection solutions and close sales on the spot
• Hit daily and weekly performance targets and report activity to your team lead

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers every day
• Self-motivated and goal-driven — you show up ready to perform every shift
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Prior retail, events, or sales experience is a plus — never required

What You'll Earn

• $16.30/hour base pay, paid every week
• Average weekly earnings: $900–$1,200 based on performance
• Weekly performance bonuses for top reps
• Full paid training included from day one
