Refined Painting is a rapidly growing residential painting company in the Seattle area, and we're building our marketing department IN-HOUSE.

We're looking for someone creative, hungry, outgoing and willing to learn who wants the opportunity to build a career in digital marketing, advertising and content creation.

You do NOT need to know everything coming in.

We're willing to invest in training, courses and tools to help the right person develop their skills.

What matters most to us is your work ethic, creativity, ability to learn and desire to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & WORK ON

You'll get hands-on experience with

• Paid advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Yelp
• Creating and testing ads, offers, hooks & creative
• Content creation, video editing & short-form video
• Using AI and modern marketing tools
• Building lead generation & retargeting campaigns
• Tracking leads, appointments, sales & marketing costs
• Analyzing results and learning what to improve and scale
• Helping grow the Refined Painting brand

You'll work with real campaigns, real advertising budgets and real business results.

The goal isn't just to learn how to "run ads."

You'll learn how to answer the question

How do we consistently turn marketing dollars into profitable customers?

CONTENT IS A BIG PART OF THIS ROLE

You'll also help us create content around our team and painting projects.

That includes capturing before & afters, customer testimonials, project transformations, behind-the-scenes footage, educational videos, social media content and advertising creative.

You'll learn different editing apps, software and AI tools to turn that footage into great content.

You must also be comfortable being on camera.

You don't need to be an influencer or professional actor — but you should be outgoing, willing to participate and comfortable speaking in videos.

START PART-TIME. GROW WITH US.

This position will start at approximately 20–25 hours per week.

As you develop your skills, produce results and take ownership, our goal is to move this position into a FULL-TIME role.

From there, the opportunity can continue growing

Part-Time Marketing Specialist → Full-Time Marketing Specialist → Growth Marketing Manager → Marketing Leadership

COMPENSATION

Bonuses will be based on measurable marketing performance — not likes or followers.

As your skills, results and responsibilities increase, your compensation can increase with them.
