Marketing Operations Manager

Position Summary / Objectives
The Marketing Operations & Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling Regenity’s B2B marketing engine and supporting the company’s next phase of commercial growth. This role owns the strategy, systems, and execution of campaigns that elevate brand visibility, engage high-value target accounts, and deliver qualified leads to the sales organization.
With a strong focus on building efficient lead funnels and optimizing campaign performance, this individual will serve as a critical bridge between Marketing and Sales—providing the insights, tools, and processes needed to convert interest into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting key decisionmakers across R&D, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations
- Drive awareness of Regenity’s regenerative medicine CDMO capabilities through digital, email, webinar/podcast, event, and content marketing
- Develop and manage lead nurture programs aligned with long, technical sales cycles and hightouch customer relationships
- Partner with product and technical leaders to translate value propositions into compelling, marketready offers
Targeting & Prioritization
- Segment and prioritize target accounts based on strategic fit, commercial opportunity, and engagement readiness
- Collaborate with Business Development and technical teams to identify highvalue accounts and execute accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities, commercialization roadmaps, and evolving market needs
Sales Enablement
- Ensure sales teams have visibility into marketing campaigns, access to effective followup tools, and audiencespecific content
- Facilitate continuous feedback loops between Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign relevance
- Support accountbased strategies that engage highpotential targets
- Provide sales teams with actionable insights, messaging updates, and timely performance reporting
Marketing Operations
- Own and optimize marketing platforms and channels (e.g., HT Medical, LinkedIn, YouTube, Salesforce) to support campaign execution, lead management, and reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track MQL/SQL volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 510+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations; experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of multistakeholder buying processes
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle of regenerative medicine devices
- Proven success driving lead generation and pipeline growth through integrated campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a regulated, highly collaborative, and metricsdriven environment

Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000
