Marketing Manager, Logistics Solutions
Purpose of Role
The Marketing Manager, Logistics Solutions is responsible for turning market insight into
compelling stories, campaigns, and experiences
that drive demand and accelerate sales.
This role is not just about strategy—it is about
bringing strategy to life
. You will blend
analytical thinking with creative execution
to ensure our value is not only understood, but felt by the market.
Partnering closely with Sales, Category, Product Development, and the broader Marketing team, you will help define how Rehrig Pacific shows up—clearly, consistently, and credibly—across every customer touchpoint.
Areas of Accountability
Market Insight ? Positioning & Storytelling
- Build a deep understanding of Logistics Solutions markets, customers, and buying behavior
- Identify the real problems customers are trying to solve—and translate them into
clear, differentiated positioning
- Turn insights into
simple, powerful narratives
that guide messaging, campaigns, and sales conversations
- Continuously refine how we articulate our “ecosystem of solutions” in a way that resonates across industries
Creative Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the development of
integrated campaigns
that combine strong messaging, visual storytelling, and targeted distribution
- Partner with internal content and visual teams to bring ideas to life across digital, social, web, and sales channels
- Balance
creativity and performance
—ensuring campaigns are both engaging and measurable
- Own campaigns end-to-end: concept ? build ? launch ? optimize ? scale
Sales Enablement That Actually Gets Used
- Create
high-impact, easy-to-use tools
that help Sales tell better stories and close business faster
- Translate complex solutions into
clear customer value narratives and proof points
- Partner directly with Sales to test, refine, and improve messaging based on real customer conversations
- Ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials—from pitch decks to case studies
Event & Experience Marketing
- Work with the Sr. Trade Show Manager to design
experiences—not just booths
- Develop event themes, messaging, and content that connect to broader campaigns and sales priorities
- Ensure events create
momentum before, during, and after
—not just presence
- Recommend sponsorships and activations that align with target accounts and demand generation goals
Measurement, Insights & Optimization
- Define success metrics across campaigns, channels, and programs
- Use data (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot) to understand what’s working—and what’s not
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI
- Bring
insight, not just reporting
—helping the team make better decisions faster
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a connector across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Category teams
- Ensure alignment between
what we say, what we build, and how we sell
- Contribute to building
repeatable, scalable marketing processes
that improve execution over time

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial preferred)
- Proven ability to
blend strategy with execution
—from insight to campaign delivery
- Strong creative instincts paired with a
data-driven mindset
- Experience developing messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement that drive real business outcomes
- Excellent storytelling skills (written, verbal, and visual)
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across Sales, Product, and leadership teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
