Event Marketing Representative

About the position

Esler Companies, the parent company of Renewal by Andersen, is hiring Event Marketing Representatives to represent our brand at community events. This is a customer-facing event marketing role focused on sales, customer service, and lead generation. You'll help homeowners learn more about our products, promote the Renewal by Andersen brand, and schedule appointments for our Sales team. This role is primarily scheduled on weekends and may include shifts at home shows, festivals, fairs, and other community events. No industry experience is required. Training provided through paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support. Easily apply through our streamlined interview process and straightforward onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at events.
• Deliver excellent customer service through friendly, professional conversations.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Share information about our products and services.
• Represent the brand professionally throughout each shift.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Weekend availability required.
