We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of agency and/or client experience and a strong foundation in experiential marketing, brand storytelling, and luxury design. This role supports high-profile client work across luxury lifestyle, automotive, jewelry and non-profit sectors. presentations, and integrated marketing touchpoints in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

This is a hybrid position based in our Manhattan office (4 days in-office, 1 optional remote day). Office hours are 9:30am–6:00pm, with occasional on-site event support and travel required.

Candidates must be comfortable working in an agency setting with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and shifting priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency environment
  • A highly developed eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual systems
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with the ability to execute quickly and accurately
  • You should be confident working in Adobe Creative Suite:
  • InDesign (editorial layouts, decks, print systems)
  • Photoshop (high-fidelity mockups, compositing, retouching, experiential visuals)
  • Illustrator (vector assets, logos, iconography, signage)
  • Adobe Acrobat (proofing, markups, print prep)
  • High level of comfort designing in Google Slides for client-facing presentations
  • Ability to produce polished Photoshop mockups that help sell ideas internally and to clients
  • Strong understanding of print production and fabrication basics, including specs, color, bleeds, and vendor-ready files
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and accountable for quality and timelines
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources while contributing ideas and solutions
  • Strong awareness of current design trends with the ability to apply them to various brand guidelines
  • Interest in experiential marketing, events, non-profits, and luxury brands
  • Curiosity to dig deep into our clients’ companies, industries, and objectives
  • Soft skills in the way of your humility, hunger, and people smarts
  • Experience designing large-format graphics, signage systems, or environmental branding

Bonus Skills

  • Web design or basic HTML/CSS familiarity
  • Motion graphics or After Effects
  • Digital Illustration
  • Ai Visualization tools
  • 3D tools such as SketchUp or Rhino

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-disciplinary teams
  • Execute design deliverables across multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Design agency and client-facing materials, including:
  • Pitch decks, proposals, and presentation templates
  • Digital and print event communications (save-the-dates, invitations, confirmations, registration assets)
  • Design on-site experiential collateral, including:
  • Directional and informational signage
  • Environmental graphics, flags, gifts, and branded materials
  • Create Photoshop mockups and visualizations to support experiential concepts, environments, and event layouts
  • Prepare files for print and production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality control

Requirements

  • BFA / BA / BS in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
  • Portfolio and resume required (Portfolio should demonstrate strong typography, layout systems, presentation design, and mockups)
  • Full-time role, in-office 4 days per week, 1 day remote

Compensation

This role sits between entry-level and senior. Salary will be commensurate with the role requirements as well as experience and fit.
