Director Corporate Marketing - Semiconductor

Robert Half is working on an exclusive search for a Corporate Marketing Director with a small, publicly traded technology company in Tempe.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can work closely with the executive team and business leaders while also owning the day-to-day marketing work.

The company is looking for someone who can help improve how they position the business, tell the company story, support product and go-to-market messaging, and bring more consistency across the organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Corporate and product positioning
• Messaging and value propositions
• Executive and investor-related communications
• Website and digital content
• Press releases and marketing materials
• Trade shows and industry events
• Sales enablement and go-to-market support
• Competitive and market research

This is currently an individual contributor role. There is no large marketing team underneath this person, so you need to be comfortable setting strategy and also doing the work yourself. The company does use outside resources, and the team may grow as the business grows.

What they’re looking for

• 10+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, industrial technology, electronics, scientific instrumentation, aerospace & defense, or another technical B2B environment
• Strong product and corporate marketing experience
• Ability to simplify complex technical products and communicate their value clearly
• Experience working with senior executives and business leaders
• Strong writing, messaging, and presentation skills
• Someone confident enough to influence without direct authority
• Someone who moves quickly, takes ownership, and is comfortable in a lean environment

They are also open to a strong Senior Manager who is ready to step into a Director-level role.
