About Ruxlo

LinkedIn is your professional network. Facebook and Instagram are your social networks.

Ruxlo is your home's network.

Your home. Your neighborhood. Your town.

Ruxlo benefits everyone involved in real estate.

Builders, architects, contractors and realtors do work that is quickly forgotten. A lawn sign stays up for a month or two, and after that no one knows who did the work. We're replacing that with one durable digital record attached to the parcel itself. Work is recorded by the professional who did it and confirmed by the owner who paid for it. When the house sells, the record stays. Think Carfax for homes.

Around the property is your neighborhood, where you can comfortably connect and communicate with neighbors through the Ruxlo app, see other property profiles and ask about the contractors your neighbors used. Further out is your town, where you choose the notifications you want, such as recycling, bulk waste pickup, farmers markets or any other event the town sponsors.

Underneath all of it, is our database of 150 million properties, users can leverage AI natural language search to get the information they are looking for quickly.

We're backed by an experienced SaaS founder and CEO who bootstrapped and exited a GovTech SaaS company in early 2026. We've assembled a fantastic team and have a unique opportunity to help define a category at the intersection of AI, data and real estate, the largest asset class in the country.

The Role

We're hiring Ruxlo's first Chief Marketing Officer. You'll report direct to the CEO, sit on the leadership team, and own every marketing effort at the company. Your first priorities are go-to-market and the brand.

At the start you are the marketing team. You'll set the go-to-market strategy and carry it out yourself: positioning, messaging, launch plans, campaigns, partnerships and the work on the ground that makes a launch land. You'll also own the Ruxlo brand. That means shaping how it looks, sounds and shows up everywhere, and making sure people trust it and remember it. You'll hire as the motion proves out, but the first stretch of this job is doing all of it with your own hands.

Nothing here comes with a proven playbook, so you'll need to be comfortable experimenting. That means testing ideas quickly and cheaply, measuring what happens, dropping what doesn't work and doubling down on what does. Growth here is earned, not bought, and we measure it by real usage rather than vanity numbers. The CMO who succeeds here builds a brand people believe in, proves the go-to-market motion in our first market, and turns it into a launch we can repeat.

What's hard: You're a team of one at the start, and you'll be running experiments without a playbook to lean on. If that sounds like the appeal rather than the warning, we should talk.

What You'll Own

  • Build and own Ruxlo's go-to-market strategy, covering positioning, messaging, audiences, channels and launch plans, and then carry it out yourself.
  • Own the Ruxlo brand across every surface: the product, the website, social, print, events and the press. Make sure it looks, sounds and behaves the same everywhere.
  • Plan and run our market launches end to end, including the local, on-the-ground work that makes a launch land.
  • Design and run marketing experiments. Set a hypothesis, test it quickly and cheaply, measure the result, and decide whether to scale it or stop.
  • Define the marketing metrics that matter, report on them honestly and adjust the plan when the numbers say to.
  • Work closely with product and engineering so that marketing and the product tell one story and growth is built into the experience.
  • Build relationships with partners, local organizations and the press.
  • Manage the marketing budget and vendors, and decide when and whom to hire as the function grows.

What You Bring

Position Specific Requirements

  • At least 10 years in marketing, including senior leadership at an early-stage company where you built the function from scratch.
