Marketing Director

Job Description

ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a fast-growing residential home improvement company serving southeastern and central Wisconsin. With about $11 million in annual revenue and a team of 55 employees and contractors, the company plans to reach $17 million next year and $50 million within five years.

The Marketing Director will own the company's marketing strategy and performance across the call center, field marketing, canvassing, events, digital, and social media. This leader will manage approximately five direct reports and work directly with ownership to align marketing investment with revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with revenue and expansion goals
• Own the marketing budget, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Oversee the full funnel, from lead generation through appointment setting and sales handoff
• Track and improve cost per lead, cost per appointment, conversion, and marketing ROI
• Partner with the call center on lead management, scripting, and appointment quality
• Lead canvassing, brand ambassador programs, home shows, events, digital marketing, and outside agencies
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team with clear KPIs and accountability
• Report performance using Lead Perfection CRM

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience leading marketing teams
• Proven results in lead generation and customer acquisition
• Experience leading multiple channels, including call center, field marketing, events, and digital
• Strong CRM experience, ideally with Lead Perfection
• Experience managing budgets, ROI, and marketing agencies
• Comfortable working directly with ownership in an entrepreneurial setting
• Home improvement experience preferred; plumbing, electrical, or other home services backgrounds will be considered
