Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to manage campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements (Don’t apply without these)

• Video Content: You must be able to concept, shoot, and edit a minimum of 5 high-quality videos per week optimized for short-form platforms.
• Ads: Expert-level experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta Ads Manager is non-negotiable.
• Platform: Total proficiency across all systems: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and Google.
• Data: You must be able to track, analyze, and report to pivot strategies in real-time.

Bonus Points for

• Podcast Production: Experience managing audio/video podcasts.
• Real-World Growth: Handling live events, community outreach, and boots-on-the-ground marketing.
• Outside the Box: Experience with niche or emerging social platforms.

Duties

• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Plan and execute Advertising campaigns using platform-specific tools to reach targeted audiences effectively.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring high-quality proofreading of all content before publication.
• Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve organic reach.
• Maintain Analytic Tools to manage , track and analyze social media accounts.
