Marketing and Business Systems

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Business Systems Coordinator to join our growing company. This is a unique, hybrid role that blends business systems oversight with hands-on marketing support. You will play a key role in improving internal operations, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting our marketing efforts through content creation and visual assets.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable with computers and web-based applications, has a strong interest in optimizing business processes, and also enjoys creative work such as photography, graphic design, or content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and help optimize the software systems used across the company (CRM, project management, internal tools, etc.)
Assist with setup, documentation, and ongoing improvement of business processes and workflows
Collaborate on special initiative projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer experience
Work closely with management to ensure systems are being used effectively and consistently
Assist the Marketing Manager with content creation, including photography, basic graphic design, and marketing assets
Help organize and manage digital assets and internal documentation
Identify opportunities to improve internal operations through better use of technology

Qualifications

Strong computer skills with experience using web-based applications and business software
Comfortable learning new systems and troubleshooting basic issues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in business processes, systems, and operational efficiency
Marketing experience is a plus, including content creation, photography, or graphic design
Familiarity with tools such as CRMs, project management platforms, or design tools is a plus
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
