Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities

- Design and execute full-funnel social media marketing strategies that align with clients' needs.
- Evaluate and refine proposed campaigns, approve media plans, and guide team members in campaign setup and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize social media ad campaigns for better performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and execution.
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze data and provide actionable insights for improved decision-making.
- Manage and deliver detailed reports using analytics platforms such as Google Data Studio.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, sharing valuable insights with the team to enhance client strategies.
- Perform market research to understand social media trends and audience behavior.
Leadership and Team Enablement
- Guide and mentor team members, providing coaching and training in social media marketing.
- Facilitate professional development initiatives to strengthen the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members to address concerns and offer support.
- Promote a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture focused on continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve team efficiency.
- Escalate team challenges to management, presenting viable solutions during conflicts.
- Onboard new team members and mentor them in various social media engagements.
- Represent the social media team to clients and agency partners.
Pitches and Presentations
- Interpret pitch briefs effectively, translating client needs into impactful social media strategies.
- Provide insights during pitch presentations, showcasing expertise in social media marketing.
- Prepare the team for pitch presentations to ensure readiness and success.
- Contribute to strategic and creative discussions for clients, pitches, and projects by leveraging social media expertise.
- Communicate ideas clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.

- Stay informed about the latest developments in advertising, digital marketing, and technology sectors.
