Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer located in Raleigh, NC. The Chief Marketing Officer will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, conducting market research, managing public relations initiatives, leading sales and marketing teams, and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments. The role also involves analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities for expansion and increased revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Proven experience in Public Relations and building brand reputation through effective communication strategies.
- Demonstrated skills in Marketing Management and driving innovative campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Experience in Sales and developing strategies to contribute to revenue generation and client growth.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is highly desirable.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven track record of achieving significant business growth through strategic marketing efforts.
