Marketing Manager

At Spirit Lake Silver and Gold, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for print design, social media, event organization, and creative thinking, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Creativity: Generate innovative ideas to engage our audience and promote our brand.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and online tools for effective marketing campaigns.

Print Design: Create visually appealing designs for newspaper and magazine advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Writing & Storytelling: Produce high-quality written content that tells the unique stories of our jewelry products, using the right words to convey the right message to the right audience.

Communication: Craft compelling posts, advertisements, and engage with our followers to foster a vibrant online community.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear.

Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with our marketing team to achieve collective goals and objectives.

Passion: Share our enthusiasm for our jewelry products and convey their unique stories

Details

Starting Wage: $20+ per hour (salary commensurate with experience)

Additional Benefits: Extra pay for Saturdays, $400 monthly for health expenses ($3,600 annually)

Work Schedule: No nights or Sundays (one Saturday a month required)
