This is a remote position. While being based in New York is preferred, we are open to candidates from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and customer insights.
Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies through appropriate channels and advertising platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing initiatives
Create strategies and distribute engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and KPIs and shaping future marketing strategies based on the business objectives
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI
Manage website and social media content strategy across various channels, collaborating with the team to ensure up-to-date and relevant information.
Design and execute email marketing funnels and nurturing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention
Review and approve copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
Help develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing content ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with website content management systems and SEO best practices.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The salary range for this position goes from $60.000 to $80.000 annually, though this may change depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements.
