remote position. While being based in New York is preferred, we are open to candidates from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and customer insights.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies through appropriate channels and advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing initiatives
- Create strategies and distribute engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and KPIs and shaping future marketing strategies based on the business objectives
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI
- Manage website and social media content strategy across various channels, collaborating with the team to ensure up-to-date and relevant information.
- Design and execute email marketing funnels and nurturing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention
- Review and approve copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
- Help develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing content ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with website content management systems and SEO best practices.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The salary range for this position goes from $60.000 to $80.000 annually, though this may change depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements.
