We are expanding our Melrose Park, IL events team and hiring outgoing, motivated individuals to represent leading energy providers at retail events, community promotions, and local brand activations throughout the Melrose Park, IL area.

As an Event Marketing & Energy Sales Associate, you will connect with customers face-to-face, introduce residential energy services, answer questions, and help qualified customers explore enrollment options. This is an active, people-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys working at events, building connections, and being rewarded for strong performance.

No energy industry experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to advance.

What You’ll Do

• Represent energy providers at retail events and promotional locations
• Create an engaging, professional experience for event guests
• Start conversations and identify interested customers
• Explain residential energy plans, services, and potential benefits
• Assist qualified customers with the enrollment process
• Track customer interactions and individual results
• Work closely with the events team to meet daily goals
• Help with event setup, organization, and brand presentation

• Available for a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Able to travel to local event locations throughout the Pearland and Houston area

Experience in events, hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, promotions, fundraising, or sales is helpful, but not required.

This is not a remote or call-center position. All customer interactions take place in person at scheduled retail events and promotional locations.
