Head of Marketing Job Description

We’re partnered with a Series A crypto payments fintech looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale its marketing function. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with ownership across product marketing, demand generation, GTM strategy and pipeline growth.

The Role

• Own the overall marketing strategy with a focus on product marketing + demand generation
• Drive measurable leads, pipeline and revenue growth
• Lead positioning, messaging, GTM strategy and product launches
• Build sales enablement alongside the Sales team
• Partner closely with Sales + Product
• Hire, build and scale the marketing team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong B2B SaaS marketing experience
• Proven expertise across product marketing + demand generation
• Demonstrable track record of pipeline/revenue generation
• Experience building and scaling marketing teams
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate technical products into compelling messaging
• Crypto/Web3, fintech and/or AI experience is highly desirable
• Several years of marketing leadership experience

Compensation & Location

$230K-$240K base + bonus + equity

Remote U.S. | Florida-based preferred
