Position Overview

Kaleidoscope Hair Products Global is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our Facebook and Instagram presence. This role is critical in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering a vibrant community across these key platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media strategy, content creation, and community management, with a proven track record of growing and nurturing Facebook groups. A passion for the hair and beauty industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Management:

Develop and implement a content strategy for Facebook and Instagram that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content, including static posts, Reels, Stories, and IG Live sessions.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to align social media efforts with overall campaigns.

Community Cultivation & Engagement

Cultivate and manage an active and inclusive community within Kaleidoscope's Facebook group, driving meaningful interactions and brand loyalty.
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and posts in a timely and authentic manner.
Create strategies to increase Facebook group membership, participation, and overall engagement.
Organize and host group events, such as live Q&A sessions, product tutorials, or community challenges.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategy and improve results.
Identify opportunities for growth based on data and emerging trends.

Collaboration & Partnerships

Work with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand presence on Facebook and Instagram.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts for a brand, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in cultivating and managing Facebook groups, including growing membership and increasing engagement.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices for both Facebook and Instagram.
Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics tools like Meta Business Suite or similar.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a genuine connection to the brand's mission.
