Job Overview
The Lead Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in the brand unification initiative by defining and executing the tactical plan for domain inventory and triage. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing existing documentation, identifying gaps, and ensuring accurate categorization and disposition of approximately 1,200 domains. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects in a remote environment. Responsibilities
- Analyze web analytics to inform domain strategy.
- Document technology stacks for current and future marketing sites.
- Coordinate with product owners and marketing leads to develop recommendations for domain migration strategies.
- Perform content audit and mapping for legacy websites.
- Maintain migration runbooks, content mapping guides, and process documentation; enforce brand, compliance, and accessibility standards across consolidated sites.
- Use SEMrush to understand and document web traffic volumes for business keywords.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and project managers to align content strategy with technical implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with large-scale website consolidation or re-platforming projects.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross?functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage complex content workflows and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Digital marketing, content mapping, SEO, Google Analytics proficiency.
- Stakeholder management and ability to work within a larger team environment.
