Position Overview

TP is looking for an enthusiastic Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to take ownership of multichannel campaign delivery for IT Services. This position reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing and will design and administer ABM programs at 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many levels.

Frequent teamwork with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing colleagues is a key aspect of this position. You will develop focused strategies for Cloud Services, Intelligent Automation, Security, and Data Services.

Expertise in tools like Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce is important for effective campaign execution.

This remote position requires that the employee is already eligible to work without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ABM campaign design and deployment, building strategies for specific accounts and buying groups
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Client Success teams to coordinate priorities and produce united account plans
  • Deliver marketing approaches across paid digital, events, social, email, and custom content to grow client base and revenue
  • Use solutions like Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo to manage and optimize campaign performance
  • Create engaging, account-specific content such as videos and visually driven materials
  • Assist and coach field teams in ABM best practices to maximize results

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years in B2B IT Services marketing, including at least 3 years in account-based marketing
  • Proficiency in Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated history of running successful marketing campaigns in fast-paced settings
  • Strong abilities in project management, data analysis, and communication
  • Ready to travel as necessary for business
