The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to Chief Marketing Officer. You will take ownership of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth initiatives—while serving as a key relationship builder across high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and strategic partners.

We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, intellectually sharp, and forward-thinking—someone who can operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand from HNW clients to a broader national audience
  • Position the firm as a leading tech-enabled alternative to traditional investment and philanthropic platforms
  • Build scalable marketing infrastructure to support long-term growth

Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and accountants
  • Act as a “gatekeeper” and trusted connector within the wealth advisory ecosystem
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies

Brand & Market Expansion

  • Elevate brand awareness across both institutional and retail audiences
  • Develop innovative campaigns targeting both sophisticated investors and everyday donors
  • Translate complex financial and technological offerings into compelling, accessible messaging

Product & Technology Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to align marketing with platform capabilities
  • Help communicate the advantages of the firm’s proprietary software and flexible investment solutions
  • Contribute ideas to enhance user experience and platform adoption

Leadership & Growth

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing function over time
  • Mentor junior team members and establish best practices
  • Play a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term strategic direction

Qualifications

  • 8–15+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to financial services, fintech, philanthropy, or investment platforms
  • Strong network and proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and their advisors
  • Experience working with or alongside: Wealth managers, RIAs, or private banks, Family offices or UHNW clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to “build from zero”
  • Creative, idea-driven thinker who challenges conventional approaches
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
  • Strong understanding of investments, banking, or financial products
  • Background in fintech or technology-driven investment platforms
  • Familiarity with investment or financial software platforms
  • Prior exposure to software development or technical environments
  • Experience scaling marketing efforts from niche audiences to mass market
