We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Creative Specialist to support day-to-day marketing execution across digital, print, web, and field marketing channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys balancing creative production with marketing operations and process management.

You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing assets, campaigns, and workflows are executed efficiently, accurately, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Content & Campaign Execution

  • Create and support marketing assets including social media content, product spec sheets, email graphics, and website images
  • Develop and schedule social media posts across company channels
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns
  • Create and update website content such as product pages and page sliders
  • Design print marketing materials including postcards, labels, and event collateral
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product spec sheets and sales enablement materials

Marketing Operations & CRM Support

  • Manage marketing and contact inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
  • Coordinate weekly lead approval processes (Mondays & Tuesdays)
  • Utilize Salesforce to support lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain internal marketing documentation including org charts, onboarding decks, business cards, onboarding decks, and email signatures

Event & Tradeshow Support

  • Assist with planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and marketing events
  • Support logistics, materials preparation, and on-site event needs
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for events and field marketing support

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or a related role
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred)
  • Experience creating digital and print marketing assets
  • Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools
  • Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative portfolio or work samples required (link to portfolio, website, or shared folder)

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

  • SEO knowledge, including on-page optimization and keyword best practices
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS)
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, hardware, or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Experience supporting tradeshows or field marketing initiatives

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
