Influencer Marketing Manager | Twillory

Location: Valley Stream, New York | 4 Days In Office, 1 Day WFH

Twillory is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to build, own, and scale a revenue driving creator program. This role is central to the future of our growth. You will identify and partner with creators who can authentically represent the Twillory brand and consistently drive measurable performance. This is not a brand awareness role. It is a performance role where creators are treated as a customer acquisition channel. This person is data first, highly analytical, and deeply focused on performance and results.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the creator economy deeply, knows how to motivate and manage creators, and has experience inside fast moving ecommerce or direct to consumer brands. You will work closely with Growth, Creative, and Product teams to develop UGC that drives revenue and supports major product drops.

What You Will Do

  • Build and scale an always on influencer and creator engine that supports weekly content needs
  • Own influencer as a performance focused revenue channel
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage high performing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Develop briefs and creative direction for UGC that drives conversion
  • Manage the full lifecycle of creator partnerships including outreach, contracts, gifting, deliverables, and renewals
  • Create scalable systems for sourcing, tracking, and nurturing creator relationships
  • Build and own a clear system for influencer reporting and attribution tied to revenue and conversion
  • Support key product launches, seasonal drops, and category expansions by orchestrating creator led campaigns
  • Ensure creator content aligns with Twillory brand guidelines and meets performance objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan content calendars and integrate creators into launch strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 plus years of influencer marketing experience with proven revenue impact
  • Required background in ecommerce or direct to consumer brands
  • Demonstrated ability to use creators as a customer acquisition channel, not just a brand play
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems and emerging trends
  • Experience handling contracts, negotiations, usage terms, and paid partnerships
  • Highly organized, process driven, and comfortable managing high volumes of creator activity
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to maintain long term creator partnerships
  • Experience in men's fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
