Under My Roof is looking for outgoing, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our Event Marketing Team!

We attend local expos, festivals, community events, golf outings, and other indoor/outdoor events throughout the year. Our marketing team represents Under My Roof at our company booth, interacts with attendees, hands out company swag and promotional items, and helps homeowners enter our Annual Free Roof Giveaway.

What You'll Do

• Represent Under My Roof at local events and expos
• Help set up and organize our marketing booth
• Greet and interact with homeowners attending the event
• Hand out company swag, samples, and promotional materials
• Invite homeowners to enter our Free Roof Giveaway
• Help interested homeowners complete a quick giveaway entry
• Schedule a free home inspection for homeowners who need more immediate assistance
• Keep the booth active, welcoming, and professional throughout the event

No Roofing Experience Needed!

You do not need roofing, construction, or sales experience.

Your main job is simply to be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people. We will provide everything you need to know before the event.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. You're there to create a great experience, promote Under My Roof, and help interested homeowners connect with our company.

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing and comfortable approaching and talking with people
• Friendly, energetic, and professional
• Reliable transportation
• Able to help set up and take down a marketing booth
• Punctual and dependable
• Able to travel approximately 15–30 minutes from our Schaumburg office for local events
• Must take scheduled event commitments seriously

Reliability is extremely important. Once you commit to working an event, we depend on you to be there and on time. Last-minute cancellations can leave our company with an empty booth at an event we have paid to attend, so we are looking for people we can count on.

Schedule

This is not a full-time position.

Under My Roof participates in several events throughout the year. When we have an upcoming event, we'll text our marketing team with the date, location, and hours. You can let us know which events you'd like to work.

This makes the position great for someone looking for easy, flexible side income without committing to a regular weekly schedule.

Pay

$20 per hour
