We are hiring a Social Media Manager to support our brand presence across key platforms and ensure content is published consistently, professionally, and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Repurpose short-form and long-form content into posts, captions, and carousels
• Write clear, on-brand captions aligned with FlowSper messaging
• Coordinate with video editors and designers to post content on time
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Monitor comments and basic engagement
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and positioning
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, consistency)

Requirements

• Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working with recurring content formats
