Job Summary

At Vida Medical Centers, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead and strengthen our digital presence. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in content creation, graphic design, video production, and social media campaigns, who understands how to communicate trust, education, and community engagement within a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of translating our mission and values into impactful digital content that supports brand growth and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Vida Medical Centers’ mission and growth goals.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others).
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar with educational, promotional, and community-focused content.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Vida’s content relevant and engaging.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a professional and empathetic manner.

Content Creation & Design

  • Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, infographics, and video content.
  • Film, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Capture photo and video content across Vida Medical Centers locations, events, and campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets, including profile images, covers, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Support the creation of digital and print marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, newsletters, and email templates.

Campaigns, Advertising & Analytics

  • Plan, design, and manage social media promotions and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and clinical teams to support initiatives, announcements, and patient education.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong background in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and emerging content trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or community-based organizations is a plus.
  • English required; Spanish is highly preferred.
