Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a project management role

Strong project management skills, ideally with formal training (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean)

Thorough knowledge of HR principles and applicable federal and state regulations

Proficiency with HRIS systems and tools used in a remote-work environment
