Position Summary...As a part of Walmart Connect, you’ll build industry-defining ad platforms that enable brands and sellers to connect meaningfully with shoppers, through high performing advertising that leverages Walmart’s massive omni-channel data.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager on our Audience Targeting team. As Senior Product Marketing Manager of Audience Targeting, you will own the portfolio-level positioning, strategy, and go-to-market approach for Walmart Connect’s audience targeting products and capabilities. You will operate as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, shaping how our targeting products are understood, adopted, and scaled across advertisers, agencies, tech partners, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-driven product marketer who can establish product strategies that solve market needs, have a demonstrated track record of launching category-defining products, and can operate autonomously to drive adoption. Experience in the advertising tech industry is crucial, with broad knowledge of search, display, social, and measurement.

What you'll do...

  • Defining and owning the positioning, messaging, and narrative strategy for Walmart Connect’s Audience Targeting products
  • Identifying market opportunities and shaping data-driven product marketing strategies that influence product investment and GTM priorities
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and market to inform roadmap decisions and long-term strategy
  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders without formal authority by leveraging customer insight, data, and strategic storytelling to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Establishing best practices and standards for how targeting capabilities are marketed, enabled, and sold
  • Leading cross-functional alignment across product, sales, marketing, and analytics teams to drive adoption and revenue impact
  • Scaling enablement by designing frameworks, playbooks, and narratives used by multiple teams
  • Mentoring and informally coaching PMMs and partners to raise the overall quality of product marketing output

What you'll bring...

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related GTM roles, with demonstrated ownership of multi-product or platform-level initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, adtech, martech and related technology ecosystem including digital media and agencies
  • Proven ability to influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, or GTM direction at a senior level
  • Track record of creating frameworks, narratives, or standards adopted by teams beyond direct scope
  • Embrace working in a fast paced continually evolving environment
  • Exceptional communication skills in both writing and presentation
  • Analytical and data-driven with a knack for story telling
  • Structured and a strategic thinker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
