Remote Lead Performance Marketing Specialist

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand specializing in innovative lifestyle products, is looking for a creative and data-driven Lead Performance Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote marketing team. This role is essential for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic management of paid digital advertising channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on ROI and measurable results. You will lead campaign strategy, optimization, and analysis to maximize marketing spend effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels. Oversee campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and budgeting to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative testing to optimize campaign performance. Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to the marketing leadership team. Manage and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve user experience and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences. Explore and test new advertising platforms and strategies to expand reach and drive incremental growth. Manage relationships with ad network representatives and technology vendors. Mentor and guide junior members of the performance marketing team. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition channels (SEM, Paid Social). Proven expertise in managing significant ad budgets and demonstrating a strong track record of achieving measurable results (ROAS, CPA). Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting. Experience with e-commerce and DTC brands is a significant plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
