Responsibilities

• Align key stakeholders across business units on deliverables, specifications, timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for show production teams, streamlining communication and asset delivery across the marketing organization.
• Partner with marketing vendors and internal post-production teams to distribute shows and footage for editing and finishing.
• Communicate deadlines, asset needs, and production issues to ensure smooth editing, finishing, and on-time delivery.
• Manage and negotiate project budgets, identifying cost efficiencies when possible.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably within television or streaming.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, expense reporting, prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Experience working with in-house creative teams, producers, and external agencies.
• Understanding of linear, streaming, print, and digital production workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
