Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and determined individuals to join our team as Lead Generators. As an entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to start a sales career or break into the insurance industry. Part-time positions are available if you are looking to fill a few hours a day or a couple of days a week.
We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in this field. Our new team members will receive hands-on training and guidance to excel in their roles.
- Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Contact leads from our database to refresh relationships and win customers back.
- Document each customer contact in our lead management software.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
- Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
- Obtain prospect information such as name, address, vehicle information, and enter it into quote sheets.
- Maintain phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Schedule appointments for sales team to meet or talk to prospective customers.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
