Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), based in Omaha, NE, with opportunities to work from home. The Fractional CMO will provide strategic leadership to clients, acting as a key advisor and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include developing customized marketing plans, collaborating with in-house teams, driving measurable growth, ensuring alignment with business goals, and continuously optimizing marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and market trend analysis.
• Experience in driving digital marketing initiatives, campaign management, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into existing organizational structures.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, ROI analysis, and aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Minimum of 15-20 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in executive or senior leadership roles.
• Experience in working across multiple industries is preferred.
