Key Responsibilities
The Head of Americas Regional Marketing will drive pipeline growth, accelerate ARR, and strengthen market presence across North America and Latin America.
Regional Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Americas marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities, ARR targets, and pipeline goals.
- Lead and inspire teams across field marketing, events, ABM, and channel marketing.
- Partner with global COE teams to activate global campaigns.
Field Marketing & Events
- Drive regional demand generation through strategic events, executive programs, and localized campaigns.
- Build brand and pipeline at industry trade shows, customer events, and roundtables.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Build and execute ABM programs for top enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Measure impact on pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account expansion.
Channel & Partner Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing programs with key partners to expand reach and generate joint pipeline.
- Deepen partner engagement and support indirect revenue growth.
Sales Partnership
- Align with regional Sales leadership on go-to-market priorities, coverage models, and pipeline requirements.
- Ensure clear attribution to pipeline and ARR.
