YOUR MISSION:
- Accountable for strategically orienting and project managing the Brand Experience team for instore concepts & visual merchandising within the wholesale channels through collaboration with the Account Marketing & Sales teams.
- Responsible for managing and mentoring a small team responsible for implementing instore concepts & visual merchandising within the wholesale channels
- Responsible for managing the development of an installation/maintenance calendar of all brand experience elements needed in all doors; coordinating with wholesale stakeholders, marketing team, and external agencies ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
- Responsible for leading the development and communication of all Brand Experience toolkits.
- Responsible for managing the calendar development and leading the design direction for all internal sell-in programming.
- Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of external agencies to support design development, production, installation, and cost management for all brand experience elements.
- Responsible for coordinating the bidding process on all design and production projects, preparing all bid documents (briefs), conducting pre-bid meetings, receiving bids, and awarding contracts.
- Responsible for maintaining design & construction schedules on all assigned projects, preparing detailed schedules, progress reports, etc.
YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Merchandising or other related field
- 7+ experience in Project Management preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand.
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate and mentor others
- Ability to understand floor plans and design work.
- Expert project management and organization/prioritization skillset.
- Expert level understanding of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Advanced level understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) with ability to resize images for print production.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software (3D design, Auto CAD & Sketch up) is a plus.
- Proven cross-functional communication skills and seen as a team player.
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time (weekends or overnight works might be required)
- Ability to climb up and down ladders, frequently lifting merchandise/fixtures up to 20 pounds, and occasionally lifting merchandise/fixtures up to 40 pounds.
