The EVP of Marketing is responsible for developing/executing the overall marketing strategy to drive our clients brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role is pivotal in shaping our client's positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, with a strong focus on new market penetration and event launches.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design/execute a strategic vision for the organization's marketing initiatives, aligning with company goals and industry trends to drive growth, traffic, brand initiatives while continuing to increase market share.
- Define/develop the marketing plan for the business, including value proposition, positioning, segmentation, marketing mix, and aligning marketing execution across all geographies and market segments.
- Develop/execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead our clients efforts to develop creative content and marketing solutions.
- Build strategies to scale paid traffic campaigns to drive high ticket conversions.
- Increase brand visibility through brand perception metrics, targeted marketing campaigns and effective public relations strategies while ensuring uniformed, organizational messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Execute robust marketing strategy that drives visitation numbers, generates revenue, and expands brand/product utilization.
- Utilizes data analysis, market intelligence, and consumer insights as foundational for the creation and execution of all marketing and communication strategies and plans.
YOU might be the RIGHT person if you have:
- 15+ years of experience across all verticals of marketing, strategy, and technology
- Experience working with a destination venue, cruise line, or a business related to family entertainment encompassing areas like live entertainment, sports, retail, hospitality, attractions and so forth
- Strong background in digital marketing including experience in social media, managing paid advertising campaigns, database growth, brand awareness & launch campaigns, media buying & OOH marketing, as well as creative design for both static and dynamic needs.
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in diverse global markets, understanding cultural nuances and regional dynamics.
- Ability to influence business strategy with a view of current customer needs and market opportunities
- Proven ability to develop strategy and execute day-to-day tactics
- Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
